Usage: After shampoo, towel dry hair. Apply a sufficient amount of Expand to hair roots and work through to the ends of the hair. Use blow dryer, Velcro rollers, or dry naturally & finish with Whisper, Firm Force or MariGold Finishing Hairspray.
